While experience is good to have, not all experiences are necessary to put on your resume.

Make sure to make the most of your space and put the most relevant experiences for the position desired. Here are some ways to recognize what’s necessary and what isn’t.

1. Was the experience within the last 10 years?2. Were there responsibilities that tie into the desired position?

3. Would this experience be the catalyst that gets you hired?

If all of the answers to those questions are no, then remove the experience and focus on the the relevant information!
